James Ayers “Native Spirit” ArtWalk

Please join The Signature Gallery for our February ArtWalk as we celebrate “Native Spirit”. Artist James Ayers will be in the gallery to paint and answer questions about his background and technique. James depicts Native American lifeways rather than literal representations of specific events. Yet every facet of his work is historically correct — from the style of a man’s plaited hair to the weapons used and even the motifs which decorate tipis, clothing, and shields.
